You will have the opportunity to meet with your assigned entertainer to discuss details and plan the ultimate reception the week of your wedding. This package will also include dance lighting for your dance floor.
2. Wedding Reception Package - Silver w 2 DJs The Silver Wedding reception package includes 2 Staff Members; a Professional DJ and a Professional master of ceremonies, a duo of talent to assist you with your reception planning and day of co-ordination. This package includes a video screen for your "Falling in love" video which we will play during your reception and music videos on the screen to accompany every song for the ultimate party. You will receive our exclusive wedding planner to guarantee your perfect level of interaction from your DJ. You will have access to our custom wedding timeline so that you may preselect the order of formalities. An online song selector will allow you to custom create the music playlist for your wedding reception. Your package will include your first dance, Father / Daughter Dance, bouquet and garter toss and many magical surprise moments. School Dance Package This is just a guide, prices can be much higher or lower. We charge more for High Schools than we do for Middle Schools. We charge based on number of guests because we need a LOT more sound for a 500 person dance than we do for a 150 person dance. Please call for your price. The School dance package. Sure you can find a cheaper DJ, but is a cheap DJ what the students are paying 5.00 - 40.00 per person to party with? Of course NOT. In Escambia County and Santa Rosa County your DJ MUST have security clearance, we have the badge. We offer only the best in digital sound and lighting like you have never seen or heard. Included is a large sound system best suited for large groups. Large dance lighting package, fog and lasers. An online custom song selector will custom create your djs playlist for your event, a guarantee you will hear the music your students and guests want to hear! We have the music students dance and party to, Guaranteed. Consider the extra large sound package for extra large groups, Low lying fog (dancing on a cloud), name in lights (Your schools name on the wall) and our new PHOTO BOOTH.

Unlimited pictures, poses and filmstrip keepsakes for your guests. We will at your request provide a box of props for dress up at no charge. Prices start at 500.00 for 2 hours and 100.00 for each additional hour. Price plus travel (only with DJ bookings). Additional deposit of $200 required.
AA. Photo and Video Booth guestbook and video This price is good ONLY with your DJ booking and will include at no additional charge a beautiful custom guest book where we will paste your guest pictures and they will get to autograph their photos. www.pensacolaphotobooth.com and A DJ Connection are sister companies and The brand new, state of the art open air photo booth provides loads of fun for you and your guests. Unlimited pictures, poses and filmstrip keepsakes for your guests. We will at your request provide a box of props for dress up at no charge. Add an optional curtain enclosure, video screen and projector to show all the live action to your guests for some extra special entertainment. All that the standard booth included PLUS adds a video feature for a live recorded video messages from your guests to you in digital or DVD format. Better than a videographer because your guests will say what the feel without embarrassment in the booth. Unlimited pictures, poses and filmstrip keepsakes for your guests. Prices start at 650.00 for 2 hours and 100.00 for each additional hour, plus travel (only with DJ bookings). Additional deposit of $200 required.
AA. Video projector and screen We will supply you with a video projector and a video screen to show music videos and some cool video and graphics the entire night plus we will show your provided video or slide show. This is a great value and the perfect add on / upgrade to any event.
B. Large Dance lighting upgrade This is standard on silver 2 dj package but if you want a silver / gold lighting package with the bronze single dj you may add it.
C. Dancing on a cloud - low lying fog Exclusive to A DJ Connection! You can dance your special dance on a Cloud. Yes, transform your dance floor into a cloud. It gives a beautiful effect, great for first dances and anniversary dances.
D. Your name in lights We can custom create any name or initials and put them in light to display on dance floor, over head table, or wherever.
E. Dance Instructor (Professional) Our DJs teach some dances but if you want a Pro... Our staff professional dance instructor can teach line dances, hip hop, swing dance, ballroom and jazz.
F. Karaoke add on option Karaoke add on includes 8000+ karaoke songs, 15" TV, 2 microphones, professional KJ, powerful sound system, alpha notebooks w slips and pencils.
FF. Sound in next room / outside This is NOT a wedding ceremony sound system. Need an extra speaker in the room next door or right outside? Don't make the mistake of having guests NOT hear what's going on. This speaker will also be volume controlled so we can turn it up or down for you.
G. Ambient Uplighting - 4 lights Includes 4 ambient uplights - steel cans on black bases will be placed on the floor near your walls or can be aimed to "light up" anything in your venue. This adds an elegant, unique look to any room. Choose from pink, red, blue, green, yellow, orange (amber), and purple colors.
H. Ambient Uplighting - 8 lights Includes 8 ambient uplights - steel cans on black bases will be placed on the floor near your walls or can be aimed to "light up" anything in your venue. This adds an elegant, unique look to any room. Choose from pink, red, blue, green, yellow, orange (amber), and purple colors.
I. Ambient Uplighting - 12 lights Includes 12 ambient uplights - steel cans on black bases will be placed on the floor near your walls or can be aimed to "light up" anything in your venue. This option will include an operator to play your music, a cd player and sound system, including a crystal clear wireless lapel mic for the officiant, so your guests can actually hear what is being said. With this package, you supply your ceremony music on cd and a person who will cue the operator when to play specific selections. P. Wedding ceremony - Gold The Gold Wedding ceremony package includes 60 minutes of ceremony sound time. This option will include an operator to play your music, a cd player and sound system, including a crystal clear wireless lapel mic for the officiant, so your guests can actually hear what is being said. With this package, we will help coordinate your ceremony and send you our helpful wedding ceremony planner. We can assist in music selections and provide the music for you. The gold ceremony package CAN be used at beach / sand locations
R. Wedding ceremony and rehersal - Platinum Want a worry free ceremony experience? The Platinum Wedding ceremony package includes an operator with sound and music for your wedding ceremony rehearsal. It also includes 60 minutes of ceremony sound time. This option will include an operator to play your music, a cd player and sound system, including a crystal clear wireless lapel mic for the officiant, so your guests can actually hear what is being said. With this package, we will help coordinate your ceremony and send you our helpful wedding ceremony planner. We can assist in music selections and provide the music for you. The platinum ceremony and rehearsal package can only be provided in the Pensacola area for this price or additional travel fees will apply.
